DELIVERY
Once confirmed orders will be sent out as soon as possible.
Pots will be packaged securely with recyclable, and occasionally recycled, materials.
UK Delivery:
Please allow 7-10 working days for UK delivery.
International Delivery:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery.
Please note, custom duties and taxes may apply if purchasing from outside the UK. These costs are the customers responsibility.
RETURNS
I hope you love your pots but if you are unhappy with an item on arrival and wish to return it please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order, unused and carefully wrapped in the original packaging.
If any items are damaged in transit to you, please contact me within 24hrs of delivery. All returns should be sent by recorded delivery with tracking numbers. Once a return is received in good order, your refund will be credited to your account within 14 days excluding the initial delivery costs.
All returns are at the customer's own expense.
