Deep, capacious mugs with a rounded base and slightly tapering sides. The broad handles have a smooth, bevelled underside and a scroll top thumb rest. Dark flecked stoneware clay with a mid-gloss silvery grey glaze. Fired to 1250 degrees. The maker's mark on the base.
